Post-licensing sales associate license is a 45-hours course that teaches students with best practices within the industry and provides students with more practical and hands on knowledge about the industry. Students are required to complete this course before their first renewal, otherwise a student will lose their license.
Post license broker courses (FREC II) are two different courses that need to be taken by the license brokers before the first renewal. Students can lose their license if the Post-License course is not completed in before the renewal date. One course is concentrates on Real Estate Management, and the other course focuses on Real Estate Investment.
Each courses duration is 3 hours long.
All Real Estate Licenses usually expired by March 31st and September 31st, and usually renews every 2 years. If an applicant currently holds a Real Estate Sales Associate License or Real Estate Broker License from another states or country, Please contact MySchool. MySchool will determine your eligibility for a Florida Real Estate License.
