Pre-Licensing Sales Associate Course (FREC I): This is the first course for students interested in entering the real estate business. This course provides knowledge about laws, rules, and finance relating to the industry.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED from any school.
• Possess a social security number.

Applicants currently possessing an active Florida law license are eligible for exemption from this course and can take the state exam.
