Sales Associate Options

• 63 hours Florida Pre-License Course will guide you through everything you will need to know to

become a Licensed Sales Associate and to pass the state exams. This course will go over the law,

regulations, and the principles of real estates.

• 45 hours Florida Post License Course will expand on materials that are necessary on a daily basis

of being the Real Estate Agent.  This course will improve of the current knowledge and provide additional tips.

• 14 hours Florida Continuing Education is for people with a license and want to renew it to

stay on the field. It will give u an update on new laws and regulations relating to real

estate. 

• 3 hours Florida Real Estate Core Law will go over law and things in that nature
